Lovely castle views

Well-equipped rooms, I had exceptional experience.

The room I booked was kept clean and available with jacuzzi as well as a fantastic view.

i lovely spend 1 night in carcassone. i was upgraded to quiet a twin room with a view. the room had a mini-fridge-bar, a coffee maker, and ironing facilities plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The bed was very hard, that's my bad luck.

Inconsistent hot water during showers!!! Front desk disorganization led to a frustrating arrival with misleading parking information!!! Pipe noises from flushing toilets were disturbing!!! Maintenance issues.

I liked this luxury place, stayed there for 3 nights. The staff were very flexible and excellent in case of questions. The room was compact and good-sized with smoke detectors for my safety. I had very comfy bed, an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card and a multi-channel television.

Appetising food selection. Great pool, quiet rooms with a view. Riverside location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Carcassonne Cathedral.

Overall it was big and compact with a balcony.

A cozy stay with the comfiest beds, ideal for couples! The location is spot on, just a 10-minute walk to the castle and good restaurants. Enjoyed drinks on the terrace with amazing views of the castle. The staff were attentive! Don't miss out on this gem!

We encountered inconsistent hot water during our showers! The breakfast space was quite crowded.

The location was sweet as, right by the old town, but the bathroom privacy was pretty average, eh? On the bright side, the view from the room was epic!

Amazing views and friendly vibes!

We didn't book, but the staff were so cute and managed to find us a room. Our view was jaw-dropping! The balcony overlooked the river, with adorable ducks quacking below. Plus, the castle was right there across the bridge! Only wish the dining area had more cozy spots to chill. Still, loved the bar where we enjoyed some drinks.

The dining scene around Sowell is a delight! Just a hop away, I found Patisserie BIMAS for the freshest croissants and a sweet treat that's hard to forget. Plus, the balcony from my room served jaw-dropping views of the castle, just magnificent. Oh, and shoutout to one staffer who was a professional gem at checkout. They really knew their stuff!

Finding the hotel was a bit of a wild goose chase, and the public car park feels like a trek. I even woke up to street noise and party vibes from next door.
